The Textile Sampler

A Textile Sampler is a collection of practical experiments used to try and test new methods which are then documented for future reference. The textile designer builds upon their samples over time as their experience evolves.

This digital space aims to initiate a new approach to textile design practice by exploring co-design concepts. Therefore a sampler will grow over time through practice and participation.

Lots of workshops will be delivered in different formats to explore how co-design can be used to make and share collectively.

All work will be made, designed and documented in 'beta' therefore a collection of samples will emerge that can be discussed, critiqued, shared and expanded on.
